The Original Create Order Experience
Users in Qatar struggle with complex government procedures and the lack of clear, up-to-date information about required steps and documents. This results in wasted time, repeated attempts, and confusion, due to the absence of a single digital platform that simplifies inquiries and enables smooth execution of government services.
Following the heuristic evaluation, I identified the following key usability issues:
Multi-step navigation fatigue.
Optional inputs overload.
Repetitive data entry.
Weak primary action visibility.
Layered decision structure.
Poor active state signaling.
No completion feedback.

The Solution
A single-page form that collapses three wizard steps into one coherent view faster, clearer, and less mentally demanding.
