Simplifying Attendance, One Tap at a Time

The Challenge

Administrative requests such as leave applications, attendance edits, and permissions were handled manually.This caused delays, lack of visibility, and extra workload for HR and management.Employees were often unsure about request status, and tracking attendance data was inefficient.

The Solution

We designed a centralized HR and attendance system that digitizes all administrative processes.
 The app enables employees to submit requests easily, while giving HR and managers clear visibility, structured approvals, and accurate tracking for both fixed and flexible shifts.

Building on the clarity established during the Define phase, the ideation process was carried out through high-fidelity design, enabling faster iteration on structure, hierarchy, and user flows while staying aligned with the defined information architecture.

The Conclusion

This project demonstrates how thoughtful UX design can transform complex HR processes into simple and intuitive experiences. By focusing on clarity, speed, and usability, the design enables employees to manage attendance, requests, and permissions with minimal effort, creating a more efficient and user-friendly workplace system.
