Users in Qatar struggle with complex government procedures and the lack of clear, up-to-date information about required steps and documents. This results in wasted time, repeated attempts, and confusion, due to the absence of a single digital platform that simplifies inquiries and enables smooth execution of government services.

• Simplify access to government procedure information in Qatar.

My Role & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design: Responsible for the complete user experience of the Mandoub app, from initial concept to high-fidelity execution.

• Strategic Planning: Developed comprehensive user flows and information architecture to ensure a logical and intuitive app structure.

• Digital Transformation: Simplified complex government procedures into streamlined, user-friendly digital journeys.

• Interface Design: Created high-fidelity UI designs that balance aesthetic appeal with functional usability.

User Research

In this phase, I focused on empathizing with users by identifying and clustering their key pain points into actionable insights. Also conducting competitive analysis to uncover friction points.

Problem Statment

Users need a simple and reliable way to understand and complete government procedures because existing solutions are fragmented, complex, and difficult to navigate, leading to wasted time, confusion, and repeated visits.

Information Architecture

Based on the defined problem, information architecture was used as a strategic tool to transform fragmented information into a clear, scalable structure that supports discoverability and task completion.

High-fidelity Wireframes

Building on the clarity established during the Define phase, the ideation process was carried out through high-fidelity design, enabling faster iteration on structure, hierarchy, and user flows while staying aligned with the defined information architecture.
